Ford Pass App Not fully populating after update

Wow PAAK is down, so there are some people just standing beside their car hoping to get in soon? As a new EV owner, this increases my anxiety with relying on PAAK.

You have a door code to get in, and were required to set up a start passcode (to start the car) when PAAK was initially set up. So losing PAAK functionality should not strand anyone.

And maybe you didn't mean it this way "As a new EV owner..." but I'd like to point out this has nothing to do with it being an EV. It is yet another example of Ford's software being the weak link on this car, yes. But the fact your car is an EV is completely unrelated to the issue today.

I've been getting this a lot lately and charge info hasn't been accurate. (Or should I say less accurate)

This has been me all day. Fordpass just won't load and therefore, no PAAK. Been using the door code and start code all day. Have tried restarting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, no dice. Galaxy s23+.

Edit: it's not letting me post the pic. Is just a screenshot of Fordpass vehicle screen that is entirely gray.

Can you clear the cache from the app and see if it can refresh afterwards?

Anyone else having this issue? Cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled. No dice.

I Have Found this to Happen alot requires deleting app and resetting up in my Case
