Ford Pass App not opening

Hi all, is anyone having the same issue as me today, where the app will not open, beyond the white screen with the ford logo? Noticed a couple of days ago that preconditioning the car kept failing and now can’t access the app at all. I’m reluctant to delete the app, & re-install, as none of my sign-in details are recognised, either with my app or my Ford account, which I‘m still locked out of and waiting for a fix. Anyone have any suggestions at all?

App is working for me now, but 2-3 hours ago it was not. If yours is still failing your account might be locked. Try logging in to your Ford account on a computer using a web browser. If that works then your FP app should work as well.

Mines not working either. Keeps saying my login details aren’t right, but they work fine on the Ford website. I’ve opened a case with Ford pass support. According to Ford CS it’s a known problem.

Wednesday - Wish It Updated Wednesday
Thursday - Throw Phone Against Wall Thursday
Friday - Follow-up With Visit To Cellphone Store Friday
Saturday - Should Connect, Probably Won't Saturday
Sunday - Server Maintenance, They Need Rest From Not Working All Week Sunday

Glad it wasn’t just me having app issues! Happy to report that both my app and access to the online account are now working properly?. Not sure if this a coincidence, or Ford actually noticed there was a problem and fixed it?. Thanks as always, for the support here. Happy & safe journeys to you all?
