FORD PASS APP not always working.

I have my target charging hours set at home for 12midnight to 6am/level 2 charger, , but whenever I need to charge outside of these hours, I struggle with the app not allowing me to change anything. I sometimes have to uninstall the app and then reinstall, multiple times, and other times sometimes it allows me quite quickly. I also used to be able to change in the settings in the car itself, but I don't see this option there any longer under "charging icon option etc. Aldo when I try lock my car remotely with the app, sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Any suggestions.

Use the charging app in the car to change settings (look at the page with all the apps). You can try a 12V reset to restore connectivity.

Yes to me it is, just pop off the frunk cover, loosen and remove negative battery terminal for 5 minutes, then put it back.
