Trip Planner on Ford Pass App Not Working

Same thing happened to me 2 days ago when I was pre-planning a trip for a few months away.. Luckily I did not needed it then.. Since you cannot precondition without it working ( I think...) I hope it will work when I need it.

Yes...updated. Deleted, logged off, logged on, reinstalled. Was on phone with Ford two separate times for over an hour. They are still looking into it...UGH>

Mine is still offline too.. "An error occurred" is all that I get

I updated my my ios today. Still nothing. My car is at the dealer for the 20K and fixing my intermittent wiper issue...plus Trip Planner. Well....they got the first two after the normal maintenance and updating the BCM to get the wipers under control. But no go on Trip Planner. Darn it.

Doesn’t work on iPad or iPhone tonight
”Trip plan can not be generated now. Try again later.”
So what’s the deal, does FoMoCo need better servers to get this info out?!…….

Got the same, removed APP reinstalled from App store, logged on and WORKING LIKE A CHARM again
