Urgent problem Motor

Mine is a AWD ext range 2021
100.900km

I live in Europe

the warranty finished 100.000km . Only 900 km ago.

had a warning light, took to the dealer

they say need to change the oil machine (?) inside the rear motor. And maybe change the rear motor , they will only know after dissembling , and need to change the transmission aswell.

They say no warranty, and they are charging almost 5.000 euros …

someone know something about it ?

I’m trying to talk to ford for a goodwill warranty ..

Do you have the manual? It spells out the warranty period. Which is 8-years/160K kms.

Read the warranty card that came with the car to verify Google is correct.
If that’s correct reach out to Ford directly. You can chat with a representative on their website. Or maybe @Ford Motor Company can help.

The front and rear motors are covered under the 8 year / 160k km warranty. They’re incorrect.

Nothing… no warranty . Thinking what to do. Ford US and Ford Europe didn’t reply .. only ford portugal denied
