So, valet mode from PaaK or using passwords only, generates the temporary key as expected. But the valet gets to drive up to 80mph. Not that we're likely to let valets touch this pony, but if we were ... I think I'd like to limit them to more like 30mph ... but I'll be darned if I can figure out the interface to allow one to do that.
