Vin number with Build Date

Hello,
I see some of you guys have a build date but with no Vin. I have a build date with a Vin number. Does that mean it will be made then?

Is it a production date or built date? If it is a production date, that refers to the build week and it may be moved around.

If you have a built date, then the vehicle is built. I would check if the modules are present, to verify if it was built.
