UPDATE: Dealer had to reset the "Approach Detection" on my car. Could not be done OTA. Pain to have to take it back in, but glad it was an easy fix!
Last week, I had recall performed at dealership and now the Walk-up UNLOCK feature no longer works. When I approach the car, it no longer wakes up (lights on, etc) and I have to use the fob to press the unlock button. I have gone to the Settings menu in the car and Enabled Walk away feature, hoping it helps - but no luck. Scheduling another visit to the dealership is not ideal (it took me 6 weeks to get an appt for the recall). I have searched this topic and not found a "fix".
Any suggestions I can perform on my own?

If I had to guess, your 12V battery is currently below the threshold for SOC necessary for supporting the feature?

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

Did you try the second fob and/or PAAK ?
