Water gurgling noise while charging

Car sat out in a storm last night and i went to charge at a EA station. There is a gargle noise coming from the interior of the car. Doesn't happen when I'm driving. Anyone experience this before?

Yes I noticed the same thing too, but it happens when I connect at a fast charger and sometimes also at a level 2 charger too
