I have an October built GTPE, and recieved a "We've hit a Roadblock" email saying that:

"A Ford Power‑Up Software Update was recently sent to your 2021 MUSTANG MACH-E but it wasn’t able to install. Here are some ways to get it fixed.

1. Make sure Connectivity is On in your vehicle settings. Not sure how to do it? Read more about your connectivity settings.
2. Confirm Automatic Updates are On under System Updates in your vehicle settings. Learn more about Ford Power‑Up Software Updates.
3. Check your Wi‑Fi connection or, if you’re on your vehicle’s cellular network, make sure your location isn’t impeding the signal (ie. parking garage, underground)."

So, my Mach-E is confirmed to be on my Wifi - it's checked off and my router sees the vehicle just fine, the ports are free and open, but of course, it only seems to connect when the car is on. I assume the connection is made active when the Mach-E is trying to get an update? Automatic updates are absolutely togged to ON and I have no schedule set that it would be waiting for. My car is in a home garage, but everything cellular works from inside (phones, etc.). In the updates section, the car says there are no new updates to get and none has been done yet.

So I guess my question is what causes the failure, and why is the car acting like there are no updates? Is this par for the course?
"...and I have no schedule set that it would be waiting for."

Set a schedule for every day and pick a non-default time.

I have the same as Dave above. I got the BlueCruise update and was successful both on the Ford Pass app and in the car listed under updates. Then I get this email which I disregarded as the update was actually successful.
Good afternoon, Mark! Could you please send us a private message with your VIN and dealership information? I would like to look into this update situation for you on my end. Thanks!
