Where does my energy go? calculation time

How long should it take for the "where did my energy go?" to calculate. I've never noticed before today that my car is taking about 5 minutes to begin calculating. Normal?

With less than 5 minutes of driving data, it has a chance to be wildly inaccurate.

For example:
In temperature extremes, there would be a huge penalty to heat or cooling coming on when the car starts, that will normalize out the longer you drive.
