Hi all,

I have just created an enhanced order tracker compared to the one provided by the official Ford website.
Just provide your VIN and it will return you the latest status of your order + if your car is loaded into a ship

This is still work in progress, I will keep improving it over the next few weeks
I am planning more features like notifications when the status of your car changes, advanced shipping tracking etc..

The page says ' This only works for european customers at the moment ', so, if Italy still is connected to mainland Europe, which was true last time I checked, I'd wager a guess and say "Yes".

Hiya

COMPOUND IN / OUT status updates are generated when the vehicle is moved from one location to another.

So for example when it leaves the docks you get an OUT, and when it arrives somewhere new you get an IN. There are lots of in's and out's on the vehicle journey, but if you ask you UK dealer to look it up on VISTA (Ford's ordering system) they will be able to see a location that goes with the compound message.

Locations you'll likely see are:

VERACRUZ (the shipping dock on Mexico)​

ANT (Antwerp in Belgium where they are off-loaded)​

ANT QPD1 (Antwerp - Quality Checks)​

ANT CUST (Antwerp - Customs clearance)​

NEW FLUSH (Flushing - where the cars leave the EU to come to the UK)​

DAG TOPS (Dagenham UK - Distribution Depot)​

I know of one uf us with the tracker showing the same thing and then 2 days ago suddenly the update was that the car was discharged in Antwerp with the ship that left Veracruz first week of December.
So maybe there's a hope...mine was built the same week (end of November)
