EU MME drivers unite to get problems fixed at Ford

Hi, as a Dutch MME driver I experience we are not getting much support from Ford in solving issues that occur in the MME. Although we have a strong forum (at least at tweaker.net see here ) where one of the members has put a lot of effort in collecting issues with the MME see here ).
This list of issues has been discussed with members of the Ford technical team, but they also communicated they will not respond or even look at issues communicated at forums like these in the future. The Ford statement can also be found in the latter list.
Their answer is "problems need to be communicated through the local dealer". So now we are running in loops, where the problems do not get the attention they need or worse, get fixed.

Most problems seem to be sw related, either to the Fordpass app (iOS or Android related) and SYNC 4, but some serious problems are hw related.
So without trying to be complete the most common problems are communication between the car and Fordpass app, SYNC 4 issues and huge noise problems while charging on 11 kWh (L2, 230V, 16 A, 3 phase).
The latter problem is under investigation by Ford and identified as not being a fan problem. Temporary workaround ( found via trial-by-error by MME users is: lowering the amperage back to 12A solves this issue for your home charger)

So this is a call for help from the other EU forums.
Is there an overview of issues that MME users in other EU countries are running into?
Any one from these countries willing to help to collect these (preferably translated to English).
Ultimate goal is to get Ford moving forward to listen and respond to these issues and to get them fixed.

Ford is apparently new to this on-line business and we can help them to understand how this works and how to deal with it. The sooner the better.
