Winter is coming, and I'm wondering when I select "Climate" on the app to preheat the cabin, seats, and steering wheel, is it the LVB or the HVB doing the task.
I hate to put all that strain on the LVB, and I'm hoping the HVB is doing the work. I would use it less or not at all if it's the LVB. Does anyone know for sure?

Heated steering wheel and seats are 12V, just like every other car.

Basically, the HV system powers the drivetrain, HVAC, and 12V charging system. Everything else is 12V.

Air that blows out of the vents comes from the high voltage heater (big battery). The heated seats and wheel are powered by 12V, but when the car is on during remote start, the DC/DC is running and providing 12V power from the high voltage battery.

So in summary, only the high voltage battery is draining by using heat.
