Why is this popping up randomly?

Why is this popping up randomly? When I am in drive or reverse and the car comes to a stop the “vehicle not in park” comes on. When I start my car the “door fault service required” pops up. What is going on?

Door actuator/sensor is probably failing/failed.

You will get that message when a door is opened and the vehicle is not in Park.

Take it to dealer for service.

Fixing a MME can be expensive. I bought a Ford extended warranty. One fix could pay for the extended warranty.

Based on your dash pictures it looks like you are under 36K miles and since it's a 2022 model you may still be under warranty.
I would act quickly and if you are just out of warranty some dealers with EV service advisors can help get some service work done but it depends on the repair and agreement with Ford.

I agree with this good advice. Had exactly this situation with my 2022 back in the summer & it was covered. Tho it took 4 days to get the car back from the dealer...

I tried but so many of the highest rated companies can't write in CA.

You probably have a failed door latch that needs replacing. Take it to a dealer. Worst case, if you don’t take care of it, a door may not be able to open or stay latched closed.
