Window Sound

Hey Everyone,

Just got my 2023 Mach E 2 weeks ago. I Absolutely LOVE IT. I am noticing when I auto down both the passenger and driver windows there is a sound of a "Chunk" when they go all the way down...does yours do this?

Mine have always done that. Mach e 2022 ext rwd

mine does the same. it even makes the sound when its already closed and you try closing it again… not sure why you would think its a problem. never had power windows before? even my old civic made a noise.

Went to the dealer they said it’s not normal. When I was there it went silent so they were not able to hear it. They said could be software so when I start hearing it go to them right away and down power off the car
