Ok so this just happened to my wife this morning!
Last night we washed the MME, and it was a cool night so the car had a humid haze on it this morning. She got into the car, turned it on. The wipers were set to automatic, so the car detected the water on the windshield and activated the wipers. They went all the way up and stopped!
She tried activating the wiper to the manual mode.. nothing. Turned them off and back on... nothing. Shut the car down and did a restart... nothing!
Guess I'll have to bring it to the dealer to get this looked at, but that will have to wait later this week. In the meantime, just wondering if this happened to someone and if it came back to its normal position on its own or if you had to get this fixed!
Good thing is it doesn't prevent driving (until it rains, but then again I Rain-Xed the windshield)
