XM radio presets random?

New issue today: my XM radio presets changed to completely random (and duplicate) presets.

My Profile is active.

My regular radio stations are as they always have been on the presets.

Only the XM presets are wrong. And they’re even stations I’ve never listened to.

I’m the only profile on the car (other than guest), but guest normally has the same presets as me.

Side note- they put Fox News as a preset a day before the election? Thanks Russian Hackers!

Update: it didn’t fix itself.

I updated the presets myself.

And it was fine for…… a day. Then today I got stuck in guest profile with another set of random XM presets (and the regular radio presets didn’t change).

It wouldn’t let me switch profiles until I did a sync reset. And laugh USA in 3 different spots? Definitely not something I ever set up in any profile. I don’t even get the Howard stern channels and those were 2 of the presets.

Another day of “Ford electronics Roulette.”

Today it defaults to guest profile, but has my correct presets. And it let me change profiles back to mine at least.

I have set exactly one preset. Some time in late Summer, a few others magically appeared along with a duplicate of the one I created. I have not yet tried to delete the others since I don’t use them or need their slots.
