Driving to or from work: calm screen. No radio. Just enjoying the silence of not being around people. It’s meditative for me.

Short drive: CarPlay with the Libby app playing my current audiobook from my local library.

Long drive: CarPlay with Google maps so I can see my distance to destination. Then compare that to my GOM range. Subtract range from distance to get estimated range leftover upon arrival. Repeat every 3-5 minutes. Is my extra range falling faster than my distance to destination? Maybe I should slow down a little.

If you use the built in nav, the distance to destination is shown right next to the range estimate on the IPC

Yes and then the car will constantly tell me I should stop at a broken charger or that my battery is too low to get to my destination, even though my destination is my house and it damn well knows that there is a charger there. And that I need to turn back now before my battery dies. ?

I keep going between Android Auto, Ford nav or XM.
