'23 Job 1 with 33K miles and these warnings popped up and there is no visible blockage, damage nor accident causing all these to get recorded on the app:
  • Blind spot detection
  • Cross traffic alert
  • Lane keeping
with less than 3K miles warranty left, is there a known TSB that I can point the dealer to ?

I’m not sure pertains to your situation but both of my MMEs have exhibited transient issues that were logged in the app when there was no issue with the car. Example: Collision avoidance error reported in the app when nothing was wrong. Collision avoidance features still worked. My guess in my case is if the error were persistent in the app that it would have been an actual problem. 🤔🐩

Yes, thought it would be just a glitch that goes away too...

But I checked the app after I got multiple warnings on the driver display while driving back from the tire shop that installed the new Rally wheels.

When the app reports the same as the driver display messages - is that stored in memory ?

Side question: does a height increase of 1-2" due to the new tires & wheels can cause this error ?

Have you let the car sit and restart it? Does the error persist? If not, it's likely transient for some reason or another. If the error still shows on the dash, then you likely have an issue. To be sure, you could attach an OBD2 reader and pull codes. An active code would confirm a current problem. 🤔🐩

As I uderstand it, the app reports an error that has been reported to Ford’s servers by the car’s TCU. It should only report the issue once unless the car sees it go away and the code is re-represented to the servers. Ford’s servers record the codes and timestamps that are presented to them. The codes are also stored on the car unless they’re transient or until cleared. 🤔🐩

Your new tires are apx. 1” taller than your stock tires, raising the car only about half an inch. That should have no bearing on any of this. If you had a Magneride car and changed springs, the ride height sensors would report an error, which would also be a transient error unless the loaded height of the car were drastically different than stock. 🤷‍♂️🐩

Yes that could cause an issue, either from wheel speed sensor readings or the ride height change for the camera. Check the codes.

Not saying that can't be the problem but I currently have tires that are 1" taller than OEM (like you) with no issues on my '24. On my '21 when I had air suspension and raised the car 2" I also had no warnings or error messages.

Good idea.

Do you recommend a certain OBD scanner ?

Have someone with PTS like rugedraw run your codes if you don’t have one, you need Ford specific scan software like FORScan to read all the modules.
