2025 Mach-E Premium AWD EXT w/ Sports Appearance
I'm considering upgrading my 25' Premium AWD Ext with the Sports appearance package. My plan includes adding Eibach front and rear sway bars (front on the soft setting), pro-kit springs, and possibly making the wheels flush with front and rear spacers.

For those who've done this, what spacer sizes did you use to achieve a flush look, and did you need to modify or cut the bolts (I'd prefer not to)? I'm thinking of using 20mm spacers in the front and 25mm in the rear.

Another concern is whether recalibrating electronics is necessary. Did you have to do this, and how did BlueCruise respond? I'm aware that a realignment will be required.

Am I missing anything else? What are the projected labor costs for this upgrade?

How did this impact your drive and performance?

You can find info about what you are asking here as there are some responses to just that, including me, who did what you are asking with my GT (non-magnaride). I went with 15mm because I changed the tires from 245 to 255 on the original 8" rims. I had to trim the bolts to do so.

Expect about $800 - $1200 depending on the expertise of the shop for labor, as some can do it quicker than others.

I did not do any re-calibration of the electronics other than what you may normally do with changing tire with an alignment. I love they way it looks and feels with the change.

That's great, I’m not planning to change the tires just yet either. Do you think trimming the bolts will be necessary if you’re only adding spacers without a wheel change? What sway bar settings did you go with, and what kind of noticeable performance and handling differences have you experienced? Also, how does it handle going over speed bumps? Thanks! Your car looks great!

Sorry, I should clarify, the 15mm spacers are why I trimmed the bolts, not the tires. 20mm spaces may allow you to do it without trimming. I went with 15mm because of the tires I swapped. I went with how they arrived, no adjustments. Handling is much improved as the sway bars help with the body lean, and are many people's favorite mod on this car (if you like driving). Speed bumps are fine, naturally, you do have to slow down with a lowered car, but no more than you should anyway.

Is there a way to determine if you’ll need to trim the bolts before purchasing the spacers?

What setting did you have your sway bars at?

Lastly, were you using the Pro Springs or Sport Line?

The rim will tell you if you need to. With the GT rims like I have, yes, you need to. You will likely need to with yours too because there is not enough room in the wheel to accommodate the bolt length. I think someone was able to with the GTPE rims without trimming, but you would need to do a search on that. The thing is, you are attaching the rims to the spacers, so your old bolts are used to attach the spacers, which protrude through, causing the issues. Again, the 20mm might be okay because of the thicker spacers, I just cannot recall.

Sway bars are on the stiffest (front), as it is well planted. Rear is not adjustable.

Pro-springs because I have the GT, plus they are progressive springs which help.
