Ford, can we get a fix for the disappearing Sirius presets. Please.

There are way too many threads, including this one, asking why Sirius channels that stream their content, numbered above 700, disappear from our presets every X days; x is usually a small number. Not only does the channel's icon disappear, but so does the audio.

Why does it happen? And more importantly, can you issue a fix for the sync software so it stops happening?

Or just stop subscribing to Sirius given the horrible audio quality and annoyingly constant and stale playlists. 🤣
But yes, I do agree it was always annoying when the only preset I'd want to listen to would inevitably stop working and require going through process to find the channel and set it again which is far too slow to be done while actually trying to drive and focus appropriately on the road.

When you get to be my age, the ears aren’t that discerning. And every song played is one I haven’t heard before! 🤣

I have had the same problem with the channels that stream above number 200 or 300 I think. I eventually had the local Ford dealer reboot the sync system from scratch and not the one you can do yourself with the right arrow and the volume button on the steering wheel. This was a factory reset of the sync system. After that was done. It only happened once after that and hasn't happened since then and it's been a number of months

Might you or someone know what the steps are to do that factory reset of the sync? Perhaps that is A fix for this issue.

EDIT: searched and found the answer, but this factory reset will wipe all previous settings for locks, presets, etc. All. Tuti, Everything.

You can also use the App on your phone, which is what I do and then I always have my setup with me. Sirius XM iOS app does need some work for CarPlay but it is manageable.

So Ford, have you figured this out yet?? I'd be happy to be a beta test of a fix assuming anyone cares to create one. Can't believe its that hard to fix. It certain is consistent on my 23 MME Premium Ext. Been there since I first got in the car and remains there today.
