My dealer has been great. I had him check today when tracking went
down. He emailed back stating my railcar will arrive at Kanas City tonight
at 11:53 PM at ramp 5J.

Just heard back from my dealer, my car is supposedly on the same railcar as yours: BNSF314621 What does palsapp.com say for your VIN?

not much, the same it has said since it first recognized it before my car was built. Origin New Castle DE and the rest is either null or pending.

Either our cars are heading back to Mexico since that rail car is heading south, or our cars got unloaded in KC and nothing has updated yet.

No mine is different. KCSM008226. Mine shipped the 15th. Unless there is
2 trains in the same location we should be on same train. And do our dates
indicate when they were put in railcars ? Our dates does not mean the
train left factory it may mean when they were loaded onto railcars.

Same train my car is on. They'll be joining the cast of "Sidelined Ponies" In Kansas City.

No clue how many are sitting there though. Could be 2. Could be .... many?

Mine has Jacksonville as the origin with null and pending too. I read on the BNSF site that they partner with KCS de Mexico. I wonder if our cars are on the way to KC as part of KCS train on a BNSF railcar. Where did you get the info that railcar is heading south?

Why would you want your car going back to Mexico? Did it enjoy the two week ride to Kansas City that much? The odds of your car being on the railroad car heading southbound is exactly 0.

And www.macheforum.com/site/pages/tracker, back when it worked, showed my car with 64 days transit. With this delay, it'll be 94 or more.

I called KCS and asked where that rail car is. It was north of Shreveport heading to Shreveport.

So, KCS was able to track a BNSF railcar? Now I don't know what to think. Could it had already been to KC and is moving south to connect to a track leading east through Jacksonville and then up the east coast?

I am only guessing but I figured the cars were dropped off in KC and the rail car was heading back to Mexico or somewhere. None of the systems seem to be updating very timely.

I hope you're right. The Ford tracker is still showing an ETA of Mar. 28 for me but we all know by now not to put much stock in that.

I emailed my Salesguy Sean McLaughlin at Serramonte Ford for the VV report. He turned it around in minutes. He is the best. Anyone in Norcal who needs to find a no ADM dealer I would recommend him 100% He never gives me the runaround and answers all my questions right away. They take X plan too.

That probably is both the most apt description of the current state of tracking and also a rather big understatement. All at the same time.

So I have been reading up on development of Solid State EV Batteries. Working with the battery industry, I am accustomed to things taking longer to develop than projected, but currently, the consensus points to late some early adoption of solid state traction batteries in EVs 2004 but more wide spread beginning in 2025. These dates are like a much larger scale guess-o-meter. If Ford delays our deliveries much longer, they can use this new technology under development.
