Called 800-334-4375. I let her know that the car was in KC and had been transferred to another ramp, and she confirmed it was no longer stop-ship status. Then she looked further and saw the railcar number...for once more than “intransit.” I did give her the dealer info and their 4-digit order number.

I tried that, but she didn't seem to have access to any details other than the ETA that I already have. I asked her to look for a railcar number listed anywhere, but no luck.

Got the impression she must have accessed the dealer VV. Her final comment after providing the railcar number was “don’t have any update on that railcar movement.”

Thanks. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow and see if I get somebody else that knows where to look.

I tried calling again, but didn't get any more information. She said that she can see the ETA date and a routing number, but that's it. No railcar.

I gave her my dealer number (starts with a “F” followed by several numbers) as well as the dealer 4-digit numeric code, and got the impression she accessed another system...assume it’s the dealer visibility. I confirmed the info with my sales person last e evening. He showed the railcar Id as well and showed It at the new Ramp at 9pm on 2/9.

Assuming our cars got on the train at the Birmingham ramp, are we done with palsapp updates or is it the same trucking company that takes them to the dealer at the other end?

Plus or minus a day get to join? Still waiting from 1/9 here, with ETA that came and went. I know it's moving, but I am still not sure where - I am fortunate that I am not dependent on this, but I am absolutely obsessing over when it'll arrive.

I called that customer service number, and strangely the representative said she wasn't allowed to give location information out??

Depends upon location. For many locations back east, the answer is Palsapp isn’t done with you ... quite yet.

Out west, the slow to update palsapp will be the last hard snd fast location you get on your car to be until your dealer calls.
