Why Does FordPass STILL Think my MME is an Edge?

On the Remote tile on the Home Screen, FordPass still identifies my car as a 2021 Edge. It’s properly identified elsewhere though.

Do you mean on the phone app or the website?. Mine is fine on the app but website shows:

When I was on the phone with Ford about a different issue I mentioned that. We'll see if anything changes.

FordPass - the iPhone app. Go to the Home Screen. On the Home Screen, scroll all the way down. There’s a section titled “News”. Under that, there are 4 tiles. The first tile in the second row is titled “Remote”. That tile talks about preconditioning my “2021 Edge” ?

I only have 2, "Public Charging" and "Find a Dealer". Guess it's for when I'm in Vegas at the casino

Checking in that I also have the mysterious Mach-E "Edge" in the UI as well. ??‍

I don’t get that screen any more. I get a front profile with no vehicle model name in the background.

Yes, on Owner.Ford.com. And, according to that page, I have TWO Mustang Mach E’s. Go figure ?‍

Yup, me too. But only one of them is an Edge. Of course, that's the one that has my VIN assigned to it.
