Why is FordPass fabricating information?

I plugged my charger in at about 6:30 this morning yet FordPass says I plugged it in at 10:23pm last night. I can say with absolute certainty that it wasn't plugged in at 10:23pm last night and I was sound asleep by then. What gives? How does it make this stuff up? Is it cross loading data about my car from someone else's account?

It’s a slow Wednesday. FordPass is bored. Thought it would start some ?.
I got a message from mine today l, AFTER I got to work, saying it didn’t precondition to a warm enough temp so it was going to go ahead and remote start.
FordPass just has a bad sense of humor. Like that weird uncle, just take it with a grain of salt.

Are you sure the car shows the correct time zone.

I don't see that as the problem. It says I was plugged in for 10 hours 12 minutes when it was plugged in for about 2 hours. However, if FordPass uses UTC and I'm UTC -8 then that could be the problem.

Or were you? How do we know you're telling the truth? ?

FordPass gets a lot of things wrong. Ignore it. This is why I got a charger that I can control separately from FordPass or the vehicle.

Ironically it charges perfectly on schedule.

It also frequently shows me that I've consumed some huge number of kW during the session for some small number of miles added. It's almost like sometimes the numbers are reversed. The app continues to be underwhelming.
