Scheduling departure

I have not been setting a departure schedule but attempted to today. I have an iPhone 12 max and tried setting a departure 3 times. Each time after saving the setting I would still see "No Departures Set" on the screen and when going to the settings I would see that the departure was indeed not set. I was under the understanding that the car did not need to be plugged in for this to work. Am I incorrect?

The car does not need to be plugged in to set a Departure Time. Have you tried doing in the car instead of the app? That should work for you until the app catches up.

When I tried to set up a charge at home limit to 90%, I also used the phone app and it didn't seem to work. I gave up but the next day the settings I created were there. Maybe they will show up later.
