Departure Times Removed

For the second time in a few weeks I noticed my car didn't start to precondition this morning and when I looked in the Fordpass app my departure time settings were erased. Has this happened to anyone else?

On a related note, when the departure times were working when I entered the car and pressed the Start button my profile would not load. Each time I had to select it. Is this intended behavior?

Yes. It would happen to me for a few days after an OTA was installed. Then it would go back to normal. I had to re-add the departure time schedule in the vehicle instead of FordPass.

I was just coming here to say that my preconditioning didn't happen, plugged in overnight (didn't need to charge because I was above the charge amount, I had adjusted to keep it plugged in for preconditioning specifically, but not charge).

Got into a cold car and no notifications. FordPass had a "preparing to drive" at the bottom when I opened, but the card did not respond evidently.
