Fordpass not showing charging energy

For some reason my Fordpass app stopped showing the kWh added when charging under the energy field. It shows NA. It did not show this last time I had it on my 240v AC charger either. Maybe it's because I removed PaaK from my phone?

Iphone. I have android.. Now it might be working again this charge. It shows 0 right now...

where did you go in the app to find this info?

@MICO when you plug your Mach-E in you'll get a blue bar on the bottom of your main FordPass Screen that will let you know if the vehicle is plugged in or charging. On that bar will be a white button labeled details. If you tap that button you should get to the screen that @ERIC8585 is showing.

What's annoying is how that information disappears from the Battery Charge log after you unplug...what else is new with adding an item to the "How I wish FordPass worked" wishlist?

Your right! the details disappear when you unplug the charger! No wonder I can't find it in my log...Another brilliant idea, who thought of that???

The info gets added to my charge log after unplugging. It doesn't show energy used though. Preferred charge amount at the top is also wrong. Mine is set to 85%

Ok, but shouldn't the Ford Pass app keep that info. I want to keep a log of my voltage consumed by my charger
