Tesla Certificate still not showing

In FordPass, it shows both EA and Tesla under my Lightning (click on BlueOval Network, then Plug and Charge). Under my Mach-E, it just shows EA.

Both vehicles got 24-PU0119-DC-CHG4, Tesla charging. Mach-E got it on 3/15, Lightning got it on 3/1.

I haven't yet charged my Mach-E at Tesla, just the Lightning. I believe this means that Plug and Charge MAY not work, but I can still swipe (and of course use the Tesla app).

Anyone else not seeing the certificate at this point?

We don’t have any that I know of here in Alaska and mine got the check mark already. Kind of surprised me.

I’ve had the “we’re still waiting…” message and no check mark on my Tesla certificate pending icon for almost three weeks now. I don’t have any idea exactly what the ramifications are of this or how to get it fixed. At least i don’t have the Tesla adapter yet so I’m not worried yet….

My certificate is also not showing, but P&C at Tesla works for me (tested at a magic dock).

I had the odd experience of seeing "Certificate Pending" on an older phone while simultaneously seeing the check mark for Tesla on a newer phone. My old iPhone does not run the current OS and may not have the same version of FordPass.

My P&C is the same - only EA and no Tesla, after receiving the Tesla charging OTA. Haven’t had an opportunity to test the Tesla P&C. I’ll update you in, … oh, … maybe August, after I get my adapter. My EA P&C is still working, so, there’s that.

Tesla cert showed up a day after the OTA update was received.

You can still charge at Tesla SC using the Tesla app.

It's not convenient as using Ford's P&C but I need to use the Tesla app in order to get the discount (Tesla membership).

Mine still shows pending anyone figure out how to active Tesla Certificates from pending to green check mark?
