I was messaged by a site that claims to be from the Ford Motor Company itself. I am having an issue getting parts and they replied to me and asked me to PM them my VIN # etc.
Does anyone know if this is legit?

The site admin has verified they are indeed representatives of Ford. You can look at their past message history and see they are legit.

Click on their user name, then click 'Start Conversation'.

You're welcome. Another method is to click the envelope icon next to your username in the toolbar at the top of the screen, then click start conversation and type in the username you want to message. That is also where you go to see your inbox and reply to mesages.
