What state of charge was your car delivered with?

100% when it left the dealer (they drove it to me for delivery). I asked them to fully charge it; they said they were already planning to do so. The SoC when it arrived tracked with the time/distance/weather/route they took to my house.
Did all the paperwork and negotiations online and by phone. And, yes, I test drove one before I bought.

Exactly. The dealer is the one to be annoyed with, and yes they are required to have 2 L2 chargers in order to be certified to sell BEV's

FordPass needs no credit card to give you your free charging hours.

But you need to tie a valid card to the account to activate it. Without a valid card you can't begin charging even with your free kwh; I think @macchiaz-o had that issue - or it might have been @GoGoGadgetMachE. I can't keep those 2 straight ?

Under 20%. Mine was delivered from a few hundred miles away. Met the driver at Electrify America, none of the chargers worked. This was back in February and EA has improved.

Man guess I got screwed lol. I believe it was at 11%, the charger the dealer had was garbage. Showed days for it to fully charge. I think after about an hour it was at 13%.

Sales man was like, Oh ya at home on a 110 plug it will take about 10hrs to fully charge, no problem. I knew he was full of it, but telling people that who don’t know any better is very shitty.

No doubt far to late for this, but this is one reason why when people get the ford survey after purchase you should mark the dealers / salespeople down for giving such shitty service.

The worse the mark not only may it prevent the same for people that don't know any better it also means the dealers end up having to have give you a follow up grovelling phone call where they try to make it right.

Wasn't me. I haven't had issues charging at EA.

maybe I had that issue? but I don't think so. you're right I think that someone did...

My Wife drove it off the lot with 9 miles and 93 % charge. We came back later and got the 7 %. After about a month, we got the dealer to pay for another fob that we got programmed at another dealer! Lol
