SiriusXM and part of screen hung

Have a Mach e (select). For several weeks now SiriusXM has been hung - screen just says ”Loading”. The last selected station is playing but the channel selector is not available. When I look at the SYNC screen, the SXM ID is blank. I’ve checked our XM subscription and it’s fine. I tried doing a Sync master reset with no success. Took it to our Ford Dealer - they, in discussion with Ford engineers, have not been able to come up with a fix after 3 days.
Curious if anyone has encountered this problem ? and any solutions they may have found

Idk but a hung screen just sounds wildly inappropriate. ??

With all the options you’ve tried already I’d say disconnect the 12V battery and then reconnect.

Thanks for your response. Ya, sorry, I meant to say that part of the screen is ‘hung’.
Regarding battery disconnect/reconnect, I did suggest pulling/re-inserting the radio fuse but Ford Service was reluctant to do that - something about a number of other things on that fuse and concern about their re-initialization. I don’t understand this as re-initializing on replacement of a fuse or battery should be a basic function.

APIM = sync module, ACM = audio control module which does has the SXM tuner.

12v removal would be the same thing as pulling the fuse...just pulls the fuse for everything.
