Just got some bad news from my car dealership. He told me the the car is on hold at the plant awaiting microchips. It was built on 12/11, you dealerships should be able to pull up similar status updates from VVR.

Eureka, the activation button is working

I hit it and it says activation pending.

I am thinking of putting my address in navigation and see how far the car and go. Guess it won’t make it out of Mexico

oops, just got a message that my authorization request was denied, “error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization rights in the Mustang. Please try again later”.

it is progress though.

That sucks. I am curious though--what are your status notifications through all the trackers looking like? Did yours come up with an estimate for delivery? did it have a production date? modules?

The modules are completely lit, production date was 12/11 with a delivery estimate of 1/20/22 on the tracker currently.

This is terrible news for you and worrisome news for the rest of us. this made me read through the other group of 10/4 build week who are all stuck in In Production or Built status with cars on chip hold, quality hold or hold for no reason communicated at all. 2.5 months of cars being stuck in this limbo for that group.
only a few unicorns in that group seem to have received their cars with 10/4 and 10/11 builds. scary stuff.

when Hitting the button earlier it said something to the effect of not working now

it kind of works now, just not fully so there is some movement

i tried again and it said activation pending and then got message it was denied.

Same here, tracker not working this morning , I must have used it all up refreshing yesterday

Tracker is working for me just now. I see a new piece of info on the tracker. a link for New Vehicle Guide just below the View Window Sticker link which takes me to a webpage with videos and guides detailing the cars features. I don't recall seeing this before.

Also on this link it looks like I am getting a special Long Wheel base edition Mach-e ?

On my work laptop, the order tracker is working...or is faking that it's reloading, not sure.

I just ran mine through a fresh, cookie-less browser, and it came up without issues. (If you're having suspect reloading issues, visit the site in Private Browsing or Incognito Mode).

Like several folks on this thread, I'm one of the ones who had a Thanksgiving Build Week, then a 12/6, now a 12/13 (DMG ER AWD).

That said, unlike many folks, I'm a simple "TBD" for Estimated Delivery.

(And while anxious for it to arrive, I also need to finish work on and sell our old house, so paradoxically, I'm fine with it getting here a bit later after I'm no longer carrying 2 mortgages...)
