CongratsWoke up to a New Years message from Ford saying my Mach e had shipped........ONLY 9 months
Congratulations, no updates at all here. Really feel Ford owes us an email with some sort of update this coming week. The tracker now shows shipped !
You would think, unlikely, but there is always hopeCongratulations, no updates at all here. Really feel Ford owes us an email with some sort of update this coming week.
I sent my dealer an email asking what the update was if any. Also asked him is Ford was allowed to keep building 2021 models in 2022. Here's his response:You would think, unlikely, but there is always hope
That fits with my dealer saying my car was built. I imagine Ford would just argue the tracker just updates once its shipped and thats the delay, even though I think it's clear to all of us its the chip hold. The communication of course remains shocking. No movement today so far of course. If we start to see 2022s shipped before us it's going to be quite the bitter pill to swallow.I sent my dealer an email asking what the update was if any. ' The vehicle been built. It’s waiting to ship. The vin won’t change. When a vehicle is built doesn’t determine the model year. Many are built early. Usually not built late so yes it is unusual but as I stated. It’s a shipping delay'
I have asked him to send me a screenshot showing that the car's been built. If it doesn't have the microchip and they are just pushing it from one spot to another, then I would seriously challenge that notion even though it's a technicality. I know the 22's have a 1/3 build week so they better put our chips in before they do on the 22's.That fits with my dealer saying my car was built.
