What if you keep squeezing the trigger a few times after to shuts off? Maybe it'll spill out the extra energy like when you do that at the gas station
You can push against the car and rock-it a little while doing it to squeeze that extra 2%

Example - Previous day was very cold and used eheat, steering wheel and heated seats. Got home and plugged in. Overnight charged to 100%.

Next Morning the GOM said 198 miles @ 100%. However since it was quite a bit warmer outside I left home with ALL heat stuff OFF. Got back home after driving 22 miles with the GOM reading 196 miles @ 99%.

Conclusion - The GOM recalculated based on the new driving environment. No heat and warmer day.

I don't think it's actually past 100%. When I charge to 100, it's pretty typical for me to drive the car up to ten miles or so before it drops to 99%. It's got more to do with how the software is programmed to display the SOC.
It will also go past the programmed 90% limit if you start charging when the car is asleep. All the way to what I think is a full battery. Is it just my car or can anyone reproduce this.

The MME has a 99 Kwhr battery. We should only be using 88kwhr. It is only the software that limits the charging. Normally the drive from Truckee to Donner summit takes 10% battery capacity. I have gotten there with 96% when the car chargers past the limit
This time of year it is usually cooler in the mornings and warmer in the afternoons. When your display showed 100%, the actual kWh to empty was something less than 88. Probably around 86 kWh or so. Then as you started driving, the battery warmed up and the voltage increased and the vehicle began to recalculate the kWh to empty value (which is what your GOM is based on).

For example: Here are some reading from my car on different dates...
  1. 3-16-22 Displayed: 100%, Actual: 96.14%, Range: 290, kWh to empty: 86.448 @ 70F
  2. 3-18-22 Displayed: 100%, Actual: 96.14%, Range: 292, kWh to empty: 86.298 @ 67F
  3. 3-22-22 Displayed: 100%, Actual: 96.52%, Range 298, kWh to empty 86.052@ 63F
  4. 3-23-22 Displayed: 100%, Actual 96.64%, Range 296, kWh to empty 86.972 @ 71F

It is not possible to charge past 100%.
It is if you believe in yourself

Looks about on par with what we've seen. Once you go below 50%, you'll see the SOC Display show less than the HVB SOC actual.
I think what you are seeing is the difference between what the battery can physically take and what is available for use. That is why at 50% it is even (the top and bottom buffer are similarly sized).

In the screenshot above (I rounded):

Displayed SOC 79% = .79 *88 = 69.5 usable kwh
Battery SOC% 75% = .75 * 99 = 74.3 actual kwh in the battery
74.3 - 69.5 = 4.75 kwh reserved at the "bottom" of the battery

It is scheduled to charge at certain times, but will not respect the charging times if it is asleep when plugged in. The temporary solution is to plug in right away when you drive into the garage. My use of the vehicle is quite variable. Before a long trip I plug it in to fully charge and it just keeps charging past any limit
Something is not right with your MME - perhaps should have it checked out by a dealer? I say that because my FP tells me or shows me last known info with a message like this is the last info before your car went into sleep - but my car always charges to the set limit even if its sleeping.

No, but my car always wakes up whenever I get near it.
