I certainly could offer up what my wife thinks about the car.
She loves it.

Of course she doesn’t have to deal with it when it turns into a brick that’s when I kick in and get nasty. My ratings would be lower.

I bought and sold two and she loved them both and we have two more on order I’m going to love them more if they work better

So I think we have to determine if women are the soul agents for the vehicle or whether they just turn over the heavy lifting to their husband which amazingly enough does still occur in some marriages although I bet it’s on the decline. I still open doors and stand up when they come to the dinner table but I’m like a Cro-Magnon man




I think your poling would be more accurate if you asked if they’re the sole owner and those charged with the upkeep of the vehicle keeping it running on the road and dealing with our friends…. the dealership.

Plus just to be politically correct you’re gonna have to open it up to those people who check X on the box and can’t decide or may be transitioning and moving into a new reality or finding something different in their trousers or dress.

And if it’s possible to be banned from the site I think this post of mine might just do it for me

I am the sole owner of the car. I’m not married and the guy I’m seeing actually hasn’t even been in the car. He’s not into the EV thing, but he also has a work vehicle that is paid for and his gas is paid for. He never even sees the price of gas because he fills it at a work garage.

I do have a male roommate who is basically like family to me because we’ve known each other so long. He could rebuild any old school car out there. He’s turned wrenches for fun since he was a kid.

If something goes wrong with my MME there’s nothing he can do. It’s all computer based. At that point, I’ll have to find the best area dealer with the most knowledge on EVs and hope it all works out. I’m only 5’1” and petite, but I’m not easily pushed around and I’m a force to be reckoned with.

Oh and I’ve been a female my whole life.

For me, my husband travels for work. I can call him but he wouldn’t be able to get to me quickly if he’s out of town. Then Dad is number 2, but he’s old school. Believe me, I like my dresses? I keep the men in my life busy? I worry if It bricks and I’m alone. But that can happen with any car, so I’m going to stop worrying. I’m glad your wife has you but some ladies are handling their own business ??

Also if you have FordPass on your watch and you are outside the car you can use that to unlock it too, I found that out one day when I reset my door code and didn’t know the master one lol

So excited for you guys! I'm warning you now, she is never going to let you drive her Mach-e! ? I make excuses to take mine around town to get stuff or to just drive because the sun is out. Went on a drive yesterday because it was nice and I had nothing else to do. Ended up over an hour away from home and then just turned around and drove home, (after a quick stop at best buy for a new gaming keyboard ?). Wasted a solid 2 and half hours driving around just because it's so damn fun!

I can see myself doing this, hour drive for a cone of ice cream. Run to say hello to my parents an hour and 1/2 away. ?

I think you are doing yourself a disservice by thinking that because you’re a woman you can’t know the intricacies of the charging curve or what your average consumption is, I suggest watching a couple YouTube videos and it’s all pretty simple, girls are better at math anyways

I have no doubt about womens capabilities. My post was to indicate that most are smart enough and not interested enough to be involved in the deeper aspects of the bad things about the MME’s

so their opinions may vary.

I am this way most of the time! Other times, I'll be driving along like a normal person and see my scores in the high 90% range, and say to myself, "well, we can't have that." Do a quick check of my surroundings, then floor it, then let the car get back down to normal law abiding citizen speeds, and see my acceleration drop below 90%, feel accomplished then continue on my drive.

I'm a bad influence, don't be like me! ?

Ladies,
I need your perspective on ownership of the MME. I see the menfolks posting all kinds of technical data. All kinds of gadgets they use and problems I would have no idea where to even start with troubleshooting.??‍
Basically, I want a reliable car. Get up, go to work, shop, come home, and plug in. Rinse and repeat. I’m getting nervous that I may not have enough knowledge to drive this thing. How do you ladies feel?

Woman here! I freely admit that I am very tech. stupid. I do not use most of the features this car is equipped with. I use this thing as a car, just as you indicated in your post. I'm doing just fine with it.
