Sorry, I was being stupid. I checked the version screen in the car instead of the update screen and it is still Version 21174_PRODUCT, revision 168. So the car definitely thinks it wasn't updated, and the widget definitely thinks it is. But is that a bug in the version reporting after the TSB, or is the widget broken?
Glad to hear you got the 2.1.0 update. But, 17 days?! It's only been 5 for me since I got the car back from the dealer, so I guess I may have more time to wait...

After having my car for over a day, it turns out they don't have the ethernet adapter to do the TSB, but are "almost done with the B/C update." I gave them the TSB when it came out and told them about the parts at that time. I guess I should have tried buying them and leaving the parts on the seat. What a joke.
Confused how they are doing the BC update without doing this fix first.

Success! I took my car in Tuesday and picked it up yesterday (Friday) and now have all of the updates including BlueCruise. I have been stuck since October after OTA 1.7.1 failed twice and could not turn on automatic updates, and Sync version was reported as "---". My car is a premium AWD with a build date of April 2021. I only had 2 successful OTAs since I bought the car and nothing after 1.7.1 failed.

I asked the dealer to apply TSB 22-2117, BlueCruise (21G01), Software Calibration (22P22) and 21B36 PAAK. I now have functional BlueCruise, all of the games, expanded car play screen, push button calm screen, Apple Maps directions in the small console, and received a FordPass message that walk-away lock was activated for the very first time. So for those waiting for the fix, I can tell you there is hope. For those in the SoCal area, I took my car to Tuttle-Click in Irvine and highly recommend them. I've always loved my Mach-E, but now can say that whole-heartedly.

Good luck to all!

They just started working on my car today , after being at the shop since Thursday morning. I checked the widget and it shows SYNC4 v4.0.21174. Looks like it’s a success! They’re supposed to do the Blue Cruise updates as well. We shall see.

I think you’re right. I also checked the widget while they were working on it and got the same Sync version reported. Good Luck. New Edit: Actually, I just checked and my version is 22034

Thanks. It was really weird. Thursday around 2:30pm the widget said I got the update, but nothing in the car and I made my post. Friday around 11am the FordPass app finally said 2.1.0 installed, and the car had the download button in the top of the screen, though when I tapped it there were no release notes mentioning 2.1.0 (it just said the car was up to date again). The 17 day delay after the TSB is one thing, but an almost 1-day delay between the widget, FordPass and the car, and the car still just saying "up to date" with no release notes feels very strange to me. I was hoping it'd go to 2.3.x soon after the Thursday update, but thus far it hasn't. I guess it's something at least. The last updated time in the widget from Ford's API is also still "null," even though it happened recently.

Well, my dealer had no luck with 2 seperate attempts at the TSB. Ford told them to order a new module. They did and it’s in. I have an appointment on 4/28 to have it replaced. Will this solve the problem or are they grasping at straws?

Premium AWD EX, built Jan, delivered April 10th. Stuck on 1.7.1 in Nov. Took to dealer on Thurs morning. So far TSB has failed twice. Hopefully something will work on Monday. Will have them contact Ford. I'm guessing I will need a module replacement since others have been successful.

Update, 4/18 After third try the update was successful without any new modules. So I now have at least 1.7.1. They did not do the Blue Cruise updates because they said they only wanted to do one at a time to make sure all was ok. I agreed. I will wait a while to see if updates start. If they don't start in a week or two I will go back in for the Blue cruise update.

Just did the "inspect" deal on my owners page at Ford.com and got totally different info than I've ever seen before. My dealer had my car on April 4th and 5th and supposedly completed the TSB 22-2117 work. I had version numbers for Sync and am able to turn Automatic Updates on and off but I've received no updates in the two weeks since. Can someone interpret what this info. is saying?

Have you set a day (or days) and time for updates? Do not set midnight as a time as there is a bug when that time is set.

I have automatic updates on and and I've set a day and time a couple of times but nothing has happened. I can only set one time on one day, mine won't let me set it up for multiple days or times.

I cannot change my time from Thursday at midnight. I've had a supposed successful "fix" and it did one update from 1.7.1 to 2.1.0 but nothing since. How do I get it to once again change days and times and not lock on Thursday at midnight?

I took my Mustang for the OTA update fix on Friday. Could not do it. They gave me a loaner.

Tuesday Morning,, 6:30 AM, I get a notice on my Ford Pass that I have an electrical drain problem. Does that mean they forget to hook up the 12 volt battery charger while trying to do this.

If so, what kind of other issues should expect
