2021-22 Model Year Satisfaction Rebate No Good with Options

Not sure about the rest of it, but this part is simply not true.

I know it is not true. I just can't find someone at Ford to tell the dealer this.. they have heard this from their own rep and are taking it as the final word.

I have now spoken with Ford Markering 4x, Surge Team 2x, finance 2x (which is always FMC and only interested in current accounts), and now transferred back to Marketing. I need someone @Ford Motor Company who understands the Ford Options program. Exhausting!

We were very unhappy with the entire foolishness the dealer displayed when trying to deal with Options. We're very likely to just pay it off after tax season is over. The dealer screwed up three times before finally getting something through the software...And in the end, we didn't see the price protection included in our price because the dealer would take either X-Plan or give us the price protection. Sigh.

According to that page the $750 is stackable with Ford Options.

Tell them they need to use #38276 and not #38278 which is for Red Carpet Lease (RCL) only it appears.

I'm guessing them using the wrong incentive number is the problem.

Spoke with (and probably frustrated) enough Ford CS agents today that one finally slipped and connected me with dealer services. He (the agent) was very nice and accomodating, and he really wanted to help. He did indeed confirm the $750 is NOT stackable with Ford Options. He read the text directly to me. (We did use 38276)

We tried other programs as well to no avail. It may be that since GTs have a better rate (1.4%) than regular financing, or maybe being Florida.

In the end though, it is deceptive of @Ford Motor Company to offer the program with no listed restrictions then take it away. Foul play! I hope they reevaluate and reverse this decision.

Ultimately, though, I came out okay I suppose. Got it below sticker (X plan) at the 2021 pricing (plus a few hundred $). $500 Ford Options bonus cash. I saved almost $2000 more in removed BS dealer fees, $2000 in price protection, and about $6000 beating the April increase. Plus no ADM. In all, I am ahead.

Can't wait to get the dealer survey, though. ?

I'm in CA, so maybe its different than Florida, But I was able to get the 750, ford option for 2500, x- plan, and price protection. No ADM fee either. And they paid for my carpool sticker.

So I think your dealer is not looking hard enough.

$3500 was part of the same program but was for the F150 only (F150 customers are clearly more important to Ford than Mach-E customers). If there are multiple vehicles as part of the incentive that site shows the highest dollar amount of them all.

It’s surprising that Ford has price protection mentioned in the Bronco FAQ but there is noting of this sort for Mach E and we are left to fend for ourselves.

You are right. The memo was internal and not very well known. Met a local owner last night who had no idea and should have received PP. He bought from the same dealer as me. He is not on this board so had no idea! Needless to say, he is upset. Told him to give the dealer hell!

You (and others) negative experiences with price protection almost makes me grateful it won't apply to me. I ordered in January with the new prices. At this point it's one less thing the dealer could try to screw me over on and one less thing I have to be prepared to argue over.
