My bluecruise turned on by itself today as I was backing out of a parking space. Since I have zero experience with it, I was press all the buttons an it would not turn off. Finally after 15 minutes on the road it turned of. Anyone else have that happen or does anyone have suggestions on what I should do if it happens again? Thanks in advance for the help.
Hi there. This doesn't sound like an experience we want you to have with your Mach-E. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you with this bluecruise concern on my end.

When I am using cruise control, I take the second lane from the right (unless that is actually the left lane, which it isn’t on any of the expressways I drive on to/from work).
You have roads with more than two lanes of traffic in the same direction?! Wow, how fancy! ???

Click on their name, then click “start conversation.”

They’ll set up a service ticket to save you some time when you go the the dealer for service.

Thought I'd add some of my thoughts having just finished a 400 mile trip from SF Bay Area to Orange County using BC most of the way. It was the return trip, so I already had some familiarity with the system. My wife was passenger, so some comments are from her perspective;)

The good
1. It definitely reduces fatigue. After 400 miles I still felt reasonably fresh (though that's probably partly because I had to stop twice to recharge :))
2. Loved it in the traffic through LA. I could really sit and just watch as it kept me in lane and accelerated and decelerated as the car in front started and stopped.
3. One feature I was really impressed with was when I was overtaken and the faster car moved in front of me, it didn't significantly slow. It obviously could tell the other car is going faster and would soon leave me enough gap.

The Bad
A. (wife) It's not as smooth as a person driving, or maybe I'm just that good ;), but the ping pong effect was there and it tends to react much more harshly to speed changes than I would. I'm guessing some of this is because a human driver can look further ahead and process one heck of a lot more information so understands that just because a car moves in front of me, I don't necessarily have to slam my brakes on.
B. I had one nerve-racking experience on the car pool of the 405 where the car suddenly jerked to the right as I passed under a bridge with another car to my right. Not sure why, but I had to take control very quickly and it somewhat freaked us both out. Our tires never went fully over the dividing line, but I did hear the tires on the lines. Had a similar experience Friday night with friends in the car. Not sure what caused it, but perhaps sudden light changes?
C. It constantly felt like it was driving too far to the right. However, at one point in slow traffic, I did check the 360 camera and it looked pretty much centered, so I'm thinking its probably just my visual reference is slightly off on the width of the car. However, it sure would be nice if it would move slightly right when overtaking an 18-wheeler! It feels very close and with blustery winds, those things drift around a lot in the right lane. I got in the habit of nudging it over manually.
D. One feature I didn't like is that when changing lanes, the car detects that there's nothing in front of me as a I cross the lanes and will try to accelerate to my chosen speed, only to slow down again when it realizes that there's another car in the lane to which I just crossed. Strictly, I guess this is the ACC rather than BC.

Overall, I was impressed. I'm hoping some of these things get resolved. The sudden movement was a bit freaky though and just goes to show you do need to be ready to take over at a moment's notice.
