Trips save in FordPass is not transfer to car

I created couple trips in FordPass, it said when Save they will transfer to vehicle but i cannot locate them anywhere in car Navigation. Bought the car to Ford dealer, sales came, checked it out and told me to bring it to service which require me to leave the car there for 4 days. Any idea to fix it? Thanks.

Experiencing the exact same. Didn't get it to work. Hopefully someone can help us out here.

FordPass should send it to the car, which should prompt you on power up. Ford is having server / FordPass issues recently, so it would not surprise me if it wasn't doing that. Haven't done this in a while, will take a peak later today to see what it does.

I can confirm that this is currently NOT working. Whether it's an issue with the latest release of FordPass, or a Ford server issue, the sent Trip doesn't get to the car, and when you try to retrieve trips in the car it says there is a FordPass error.

Ah okay, so it previously did work. So the issue is related to the bigger server issues (also experiencing that unfortunately). Let's hope they'll fix it soon.

Have to turn the feature ON in the car’s settings too for it to work.
