Ford's Mach-e Electric Vehicle Component Coverage: 8 years or 100,00 miles (whichever occurs first). Some states, e.g., New Jersey, have adopted the California requirement of 10 yrs/150,000 mi. To be eligible, you have to buy the car in that state (residency/registration not mandatory). A roster of all the states and their requirements might be valuable, but I can't seem to find one...

That would explain why there is no roster of ZEV 10/150 states. lol
P.S. Shame on me. I trusted this info from the most unreliable of sources, a Ford dealer sales rep in E. Windsor, NJ. on the Mach-e Tour. I find nothing "finalized" on ANY state using what apparently is a not-existent CARB standard.

Yep... I'd been wondering the same for a while now -- how will the warranty be different in California versus Arizona, for instance... But now that I've read the Cali emissions warranty page I'm realizing that no special warranty requirements are needed for BEV emissions standards since they don't have any tailpipe to be mindful of.

On a HEV or PHEV, if the battery fails then the vehicle will then fail to meet the emissions limits that the manufacturer had agreed upon to meet PZEV standards.

I was actually expecting to see 10/150k mandated more as an incentive to encourage BEV buying. (As an effort to allay concerns the public may have about having to replace an expensive battery.)
