If you have a vin, then your scheduled or built already. You should contact customer service for more information.Good evening everyone!
I ordered in June 2022; I do NOT have a build date. However, I DO have a VIN and that number states that the vehicle is a MY2022.
This production schedule shows they are now into MY2023, but I'm also understanding that once a VIN is issued, this cannot be changed?
Anyone have any insight?
Yes, I have done this - in fact, customer service provided me the VIN number AND an estimated ETA for delivery. They however cannot verify or answer the questions I've posted here. Instead they direct me to the dealership where I get a completely different and unhelpful response. I.e.: no VIN, not in 2022, etc.If you have a vin, then your scheduled or built already. MY2022 is still in production. MY2023 does not begin production until 10/31/2022. What i have seen is that once you have a vin, your scheduled. They dont assign a vin until your scheduled. Does your window sticker populate? I would call customer service again and request a build date. I guess I'm trying to determine if the VIN exists, can it be changed to a different model year?
I also was under the impression that production for MY2022 was finished?
