Got my Blue Raspberry stripes on Star White GT!

I had a Select model and traded it in for the GT. But I couldn't not have stripes on my new one. I got sent these today from the shop. I think they look amazing! But obviously I'm biased. The stripes are 7.25" with a 1" gap. I did them a bit narrow, cuz I'm a bit OCD and don't like them going over the hump on the hood. These just squeeze in

Looks great but unfinished.

Did you consider continuing the stripes on the front bumper? Almost every Mustang with stripes has the bumper done it seems.

I did totally think of that, BUT I'm going to put on a license plate wrap on the front and thought it might look weird with that on the stripes?

Ah those dang ugly front plates. Makes sense.

Haha...I know....I really wanted to stripe that so it would be classic, but here in CA I don't really want to give myself any extra reason to get pulled over. I even got a ticket for having a clear cover on my plate. IT WAS AN OLD SUBARU, and I was in a parking lot in the middle of the day. Come on! Just not worth the hassle of getting pulled over.

No kidding! Sometimes this forum gives me anxiety. Haha. My select never had a problem, and I hope this one doesn't either. The only issue I had before was going to a shitty place to get tint and stripes on my old car (did recover most of my money with some disputes). This place fixed it, and this time around....I just went to the best. They are awesome and not overpriced.

This place is awesome. It was $1135 for the 3m 2080 stripes, and they did all windows with a 70% nano ceramic tint, debadged, installed the rokblokz rally splash guards (I like AOSK, but these are way sleeker looking, and work better with wider tires), and put a 5% nano ceramic sun strip on the windshield. I think that is pretty dang good. Plus they are super friendly too. Not the fastest, it did take 3 days. But that's ok with me. SD Auto Salon.

Here it is with the license plate wrap. The plate was not easy to install with the slight curve. I think if the stripes were there, I would have for sure f'ed up the stripes. It took a lot of stretch and heating to get it on smoothly.
