I am annoyed at not getting the offer as I reserved the FE day one, in the early offer program and had a ton of delivery issues. I do have one small dent on the hood from a rock, even eat thru my PPF. Would love to get it fixed for free, but this offer appears to be a random lottery.

Still love the MME and Ford, now have a Bronco next to it.

No email but this does now show in my FordPass notifications. No FordPass alert I had to go in and click on the notifications to have it update and show the notice.

Seriously, I got both the email and the FordPass notification. The email explicitly says model year 2022 while ford pass does not say anything about model years. I have a 2021 that I reserved in December 2019. I got my car 31 March 2021.

Reading the fine print on DentCARE it would appear that it doesn't cover small scratches or stone chips (e.g. they don't want to pay for paint)

It has to be bigger than a tennis ball. If I remember correctly.

I don't think it has anything to do with being in Early Access.
