Has anybody else had this problem?
Today, I tried to charge my Mach-e at no less than six different chargers. Three failed to recognize the car entirely. One gave me about 20 miles of range then abruptly stopped and gave me an error message. Two others added 1-2% range, then flashed error messages and disconnected. And these were from 4 different companies (but all DC fast chargers).
Now, I’m stranded 100 miles from home waiting for a dealer to open.
My car chargers fine at home. I did have faulty wire in my charging system that was bypassed by the dealer with the help of Fords engineers.
Another problem that may be related is that, when charging, my Fordpass app rarely provides correct information in real time. Right now, for example, the data out shows is from four hours ago. And many of my drives and charges never show up in the log. ??‍
