What is this....and how do i replace??

It covers the wires that are used to pop open the frunk if the 12V battery is dead. The first thing you should do is go to your dealer and ask them to cover it under warranty.

Seeing all those droplets on the body of your car, I am curious if you had just taken it through an automatic car wash. The one and only time I ever took my Mach-E through an automatic car wash, that piece popped off, but remained hanging on, so I was able to pop it back into place and it has stayed there for the past year now that I only go to hand car washes.

But yeah...first and last time in carwash it popped off and was hanging... Never again did I go through it and wash myself... Looks like someone took it ?

I don's think it is on tight. The top part always dips in every time when I spray wash the car at the car wash stall.

We got the entire front end PPF'd and I specifically requested them not cut the little 'door' out and if the need arises, I'm sure I can cut it myself.

Good idea. I bet a carefully applied small piece of clear sticky plastic would be helpful overall.
