Front camera washer was removed from all trims starting in '23.

Correct. Ford decontented the front camera washer in MY23, I believe. Of course, instead of removing the front camera washer, they could have added a rear camera washer but that would have required effort.

At least they didn't leave a plate over the front driver and passenger door lock actuator (door presenter) holes when they removed those.

The parking button I turned into a liftgate open/close button. Where/what is the kick to liftgate plate?

Did you buy your Mach-E used? It never came with a liftgate open/close button on the headlight switch assembly. Someone must have installed it there.
