It’s the cover for the camera washer nozzle. If you have someone run the windshield washer, the camera washer nozzle will poke its head out like a turtle. You can then grab the nozzle and put the little cover back on.

Did you put that cover back on? Mine fell off as well and it was broken so I could not replace it.
