How will I know when its available again? will it be OTA?

No one can tell you that right now. When the hold is lifted the thread referenced above or another new one will likely announce the news.

Not sure about OTA, the fact that yours never updated may indicate that there is a problem with the car. Having someone check your VIN in the FDRS thread could shed some light.

Well I took my 21 MME Premium X in today for Bluecruise update and they said Ford had suspended the update for now because of technical difficulties, software glitch, does this sound correct?

My 21 Premium had BlueCruise updated via OTA last June. I think it was 2.8.2 and 2.8.3.

On that. Is a year what people are really getting? I took delivery of my ’22 last year and my BlueCruise just quit on me two days ago. (I was updated to 4.1.3 several weeks ago.) I took a look at my Connected Services to see if it expired and it actually shows the “Trial Expiration Date” in ‘25.

The 22’s had Blue Cruise added to the sticker price, which I think gave you 3-yrs subscription.

21’s we’re supposed to pay for a subscription when the software was ready, but it was delayed so many times they granted 1-yr free.

Your 22 came with 3 years.

Ah. Thanks to you both. So I can rule out expiration, but still a mystery why it quit in the middle of the day.

We ‘21’s got the free year of BC without having to shell out the $600. Good deal. In CT I don’t get to use it much.
